These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User," or "you") and Connect eSIM ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our eSIM telecommunications services, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing services, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Our Services are subject to network coverage limitations, device compatibility requirements, and regulatory restrictions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and may experience outages due to maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated via email and/or account notifications at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Services after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

We monitor network usage to ensure service quality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Excessive usage that impacts network performance may result in service limitations or additional charges.
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in service suspension, account termination, additional charges, or legal action. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
Our Services operate on third-party carrier networks. Service availability and quality depend on network coverage, device compatibility, and network conditions. Coverage maps and service availability information are provided for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of service.

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee specific performance metrics, uptime percentages, or service availability. Our Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
Important Notice: Our Services may have limitations with emergency services (911 in the US). Emergency calls may not provide accurate location information to emergency responders. We recommend maintaining alternative means of contacting emergency services, especially when traveling or using our Services in unfamiliar locations.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may collect and process telecommunications data as required to provide Services and comply with legal obligations. This includes call detail records, message metadata, data usage information, and location data.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property related to our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, are owned by Connect eSIM or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for their intended purposes. This license does not include any right to:
You retain ownership of content you transmit through our Services. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to transmit any content through our Services.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through our Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect eSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $100, whichever is greater.
Our Services may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including carrier networks, payment processors, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or actions of third-party services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Connect eSIM, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Delaware, United States, or via online/remote proceedings.
You agree that any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. This waiver applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our Services are subject to various federal, state, and local telecommunications regulations. We comply with applicable regulations including FCC requirements for telecommunications service providers, emergency services obligations, and accessibility standards.
When providing international services or serving international customers, we comply with applicable international telecommunications agreements, data protection regulations (including GDPR), and export control laws.
We cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law and may disclose customer information in response to valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, and emergency situations involving public safety.
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes:
If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services and may terminate your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Connect eSIM regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We may assign these Terms or our rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without your consent. You may not assign these Terms or your rights and obligations without our prior written consent.

Iznos za koji će biti zadužena platna kartica biće izražen u lokalnoj valuti kroz konverziju u istu po kursu koji koriste kartičarske organizacije, a koji u trenutku transakcije ne može biti poznat. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost neznatne razlike od originalne cene navedene na internet stranici.

All payments will be charged in Serbian currency - Dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most advanced cryptographic technology currently available. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor. At no point is payment card data available to our system.

Connect eSIM pruža digitalne usluge - eSIM profili i telefonski brojevi se aktiviraju i isporučuju elektronskim putem, odmah nakon uspešne transakcije. Korisnik dobija QR kod i aktivacioni kod za instalaciju eSIM profila na kompatibilan uređaj. Fizička dostava nije potrebna.
Connect eSIM provides digital services - eSIM profiles and phone numbers are activated and delivered electronically, immediately after a successful transaction. The user receives a QR code and activation code for installing the eSIM profile on a compatible device. No physical delivery is required.
Korisnik ima pravo da podnese reklamaciju na pruženu uslugu u roku od 14 dana od dana korišćenja usluge. Reklamacija se podnosi elektronskim putem na adresu: support@connect-esim.com.
Users have the right to file a complaint about the provided service within 14 days of using the service. Complaints are submitted electronically to: support@connect-esim.com.
Na svaku reklamaciju odgovorićemo u roku od 8 radnih dana od dana prijema. Ukoliko reklamacija zahteva dodatno ispitivanje, rok može biti produžen za dodatnih 7 radnih dana, o čemu će korisnik biti obavešten.
We will respond to every complaint within 8 business days of receipt. If the complaint requires further investigation, the deadline may be extended by an additional 7 business days, and the user will be notified accordingly.
Korisnik može otkazati uslugu u bilo kom trenutku putem svog naloga ili kontaktiranjem korisničke podrške na support@connect-esim.com. S obzirom na digitalnu prirodu usluge, nakon aktivacije eSIM profila, otkaz se odnosi na buduće korišćenje. Neiskorišćena sredstva na računu podležu politici povraćaja opisanoj u sekciji 22.
Users can cancel the service at any time through their account or by contacting customer support at support@connect-esim.com. Due to the digital nature of the service, after eSIM profile activation, cancellation applies to future use. Unused account credits are subject to the refund policy described in Section 22.

U slučaju vraćanja robe i povraćaja sredstava kupcu koji je prethodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, Connect eSIM je u obavezi da povraćaj vrši isključivo preko VISA, EC/MC i Maestro metoda plaćanja, što znači da će banka na zahtev prodavca obaviti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika kartice.

In case of returning goods and refunding a customer who has previously paid with a payment card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Connect eSIM is obligated to process the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, meaning the bank will refund the amount to the cardholder's account at the merchant's request.
